Post #11- Healthy Life

           Hi everyone. In today's blog would like to talk about how being in sports can help you not to be on bad ways and distracting you from the drugs. Since one is small in the school promotes physical education and health classes for a better life. Not only in the school sports should be promoted, but parents must also counsel and integrate their children to play sports or outdoor activities. The sport has no sex; we all must do if we want to be healthy for many years. I understand that the school failed to do field days only through eighth grade because when one is bigger the competition gets better and we are one of the few schools that are without making try outs participating in Justas and no one is advised to go as a group and support our school. I think that this kind of activities is those that really help as a group to join more and it is a completely happy day. Someone’s think that field days are a off day but when they gets there they are the first to be screaming and super happy. Many like me are in several sports and it helps to be distracted from bad thoughts. I think it must be a balance between studies and sports, do not study a lot without making exercises or playing all the time and leaving school behind. I understand that in the time that we are living sports should be more encouraged for not having people in the street without doing something and instead of making diets is more effective to take a moment with a relative or friend to walk talking with him.

  1. This blog was one of my favorites. I play sports first of all because I really like them. But in the other hand it helps you stay away from bad stuff and have good health.
